How To Become An Instructor

If you want to join the Instructors Community of Proydesa Network, please get in touch with the Main Contact of the Local Academy where you would like to work. To cantact him enter here.

The process begins with the selection made by each Main Contact of the Local Academy on the basis of a careful pedagogical and technical profile, and the subsequent presence at Fundación Proydesa for his Training and Certification. The candidate must pass the theoretical and practical exams required for the career in which he would like to be an instructor, and take the certification exams.

The training is carried out twice a year in person at Fundación Proydesa, and gathers all the instructors of the Network.

The training is provided according to an own pedagogical methodology, developed under strict international quality regulations, and respecting the requirements of the company which owns the contents.

Working for Fundación Proydesa requires a stable commitment, sustained by the main values of the Organization.
