Cisco Certified Network Professional

The CCNA graduates have the natural continuation of their professional path in this career. It is divided into four independent specializations that provide advanced skills in scalable networks, secure WAN networks implementation, multilayer networks building, and converged network optimization.

Labor profile

The CCAP professionals have all the required skills to entirely manage the modern converged networks of voice and data, starting from the deep knowledge of routers and switches that make up the network core.

They can also use professional applications of wireless and video services, and they can integrate and manage converged networks, quality of service (QoS) and virtual private networks (VPNs)..

Duration

The career is divided into four independent, non-correlative semesters:
• Building Scalable Cisco Internetworks.
• Building Cisco Multilayer Switched Networks.
• Implementing Secure Converged Wide Area Networks.
• Optimizing Converged Cisco Networks.

• CCNA 4 graduate students.
• Technicians who have obtained the CCNA certification.

Instructors

The Instructor Training Program is carried out twice a year to guarantee the quality of the educational service. Instructors from all the Proydesa Network come to Fundación Proydesa to prove their competences and learn new pedagogical techniques that allow them to do a sucessful personalized follow-up of each student.

All the instructors of the Proydesa Network are certified and work in key positions within leader companies of the country.

Study material

All the students receive in their first class a User ID and a Password which enable them to access through the Internet to a management system of state-of-the-art online multimedia contents. Through this system, they access to notes and documentation in electronic format.

As a member of the Proydesa Network, they have access to documents in electronic format, to Web Conference seminars an the exclusive Proydesa Network Job Portal, where their résumés are validated by a certified instructor and they can reach more than four hundred leader companies in the sector.

Lab guides

In-person, hands-on labs are the basis of the practice, in laboratories with state-of-the-art devices and under the instructor assistance.

Exams

They have an Internet exam scheme of obligatory passing: partial examinations, one in a hands-on lab environment and one written also managed by the system through the Internet.

Language

The classes are taught in Spanish with study material in English.
The partial examinations and final exams are taken on the Cisco Networking Academy server in English.

International Certification

Each module has a different certification exam. The Cisco Certified Network Professional certification is achieved once you have passed the four modules.
